Professor Pierre Failler is a renowned economist and Director of the Centre for Blue Governance at the University of Portsmouth. With a PhD in Economics from the University of Portsmouth, Professor Failler is dedicated to supervising PhD students and engaging with the media to disseminate his research findings.
